This bachelor thesis focuses on performance financial analysis. It analyses financial situation of Kofola a.s. in 2012 – 2014 with use of basic methods of financial analysis. In the first part there are theoretics of financial analysis, in second part is performed the financial analysis and in the third part are suggestions of improvements of current situation of the company.

The first part is focused on theory and describes the definitions of terms and methods. The second part deals with the financial analysis of the current situation of the selected company. The last part focuses on proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

The Bachelor´s thesis assesses the financial situation of the company AGRI CS, a.s. through support information sources and chosen indicators of financial analysis. In the introductory part is presented the chosen methodology for the assessment of the financial situations of the company which is applied in the practical assessment of the financial health of the company. Based on the results of the financial analysis are defined weaknesses in the management of the company. Goal is to define a set of measures to improve the current situation of the company.

This Bachelor´s thesis is dealing with evaluation of financial situation concerning company Stavebniny Nováková s.r.o. from 2015 to 2019. The first part is focused on theoretical basis, where fundamental terms of financial analysis and financial indicators are described. Second part consists of financial analysis calculation of the chosen company and subsequently interpretation of results. In the closing part there are stated suggestions to improve the financial situation of the enterprise in the coming years.

The first part contains theoretical knowledge, which is later used in practical part. The last part of thesis is dedicated to specific problems of the company.
